Front Desk Doorman needed for a mixed-use Condo in Queens, New York. The candidates are expected to provide the absolute best and most pleasant service to our residents. Experience is preferred.
Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
Allow access to authorized personnel; Prevent unauthorized personnel from entering location; Patrol site and maintain safety.
Maintain the records as required, such as sign-in and sign-out log of guests and vendors and the log for delivered packages, etc.
Answer calls professionally.
Be punctual for your shift and attentive at all times.
Bilingual English/Chinese a plus.
Candidate must pass a drug test and provide references.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Depending on experience
