Position Title: Cafe Sales Associate

Location: 1415 Mountain City Hwy, Elko, NV

Position Summary:

The Cafe Sales Associate is responsible for proper food preparation, following kitchen safety techniques and health standards. They prepare food, stock deli coolers, keep areas clean, neat and stocked and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides top quality customer service at all times.
• Prepares food & drinks, cleans, stocks and maintains food prep area in compliance with health codes as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Working towards High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Previous retail sales background and 6 months previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• Positive outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate an electronic cash register and computer and perform simple arithmetic calculations.
• Proficient verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to work in varying outdoor climates and in-store cooler environments.
