Delco Law Firm seeks part-time secretary to handle office duties.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to legal staff and attorneys
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with file organization and management
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience as a personal assistant or receptionist is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
