Job Overview:
We are expanding and looking for new sales representatives to join our already successful team. We have been in business 29 years in Lakeland , and it's going to be our biggest year yet! As an Opener, you deliver a short script to qualify the customer and transfer and let the closer seal the deal!! We will train you to become the best.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver our qualifying script to customers and transfer to Closer
- Utilize rebuttals to overcome questions/objections to move customer forward
- Code contact results properly in the system

Requirements:
- Ability to handle high call volume

-Ability to endure high rejection rate (200 - 300 calls resulting in 20 - 30 transfers)

-Driven personality that is money motivated

- Good verbal communications skills

- Willingness to learn, apply our training and work within a team environment

Compensation:

This is a commission only job following a proven system currently employed in over 20 company offices. As an Opener, you will earn a 15% commission on every sale by a Closer (they also earn 15%). The average sale is $900 and we expect 1 to 1.5 sales per day, per Opener. Within two weeks successful reps will train and learn how to Close creating more earning opportunity.
