Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an Project Support Coordinator in our construction firm. As part of our team, you will lead initiatives related to multiple small projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will process inbound/outbound communication and maintain documentation as it relates to the department you are assigned to. You should have ample experience using various forms of communication (phone calls, emails, in-person interactions) as a front-of-line point of contact for our organization.
Specific Duties
- Process submittals and material requisitions for multiple project sites
- Maintain accurate documentation for equipment logs and drawings
- Resolve construction related client inquiries
- Maintain timely communication on multiple platforms between internal and external parties
- Participate in the onboarding process for employees and new hires
- Complete weekly certified payroll entries
Position Requirements and Qualifications
- Three or more years in a client-oriented, customer service, or related construction administrative position is desired
- Ability to work on tasks independently or as a team with supervised direction
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Construction or Service Department experience a plus
- Certified payroll experience a major plus
