Company Description

The Sack Company is a commercial MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) company that is currently looking for motivated candidates to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an Project Support Coordinator in our construction firm. As part of our team, you will lead initiatives related to multiple small projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will process inbound/outbound communication and maintain documentation as it relates to the department you are assigned to. You should have ample experience using various forms of communication (phone calls, emails, in-person interactions) as a front-of-line point of contact for our organization.

Specific Duties

  • Process submittals and material requisitions for multiple project sites
  • Maintain accurate documentation for equipment logs and drawings
  • Resolve construction related client inquiries
  • Maintain timely communication on multiple platforms between internal and external parties
  • Participate in the onboarding process for employees and new hires
  • Complete weekly certified payroll entries

Position Requirements and Qualifications

  • Three or more years in a client-oriented, customer service, or related construction administrative position is desired
  • Ability to work on tasks independently or as a team with supervised direction
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
  • Construction or Service Department experience a plus
  • Certified payroll experience a major plus
