ISM seeks a passionate and motivated individual to help build onto our growing sports programs as the Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach.

Ideal candidate has experience building or maintaining a volleyball program and have a vision for lifelong learning. Possess great communication with our coaching staff and community. Provide excellence in coaching and training ISM youth for enhanced volleyball skills in a safe and nurturing environment. Ideal candidate would have experience in collegiate volleyball competition.

This position will play an important role in our successful future.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree, or equivalent in combination of education and skills, required
• Required qualifications include a strong background in sports coaching and teaching. Experience in Volleyball, required.
• Premium skills such as lifeguard certification are highly valued for this role.
• Relevant skills in physical education, and other related areas are beneficial.
• Experience in volleyball within a club setting would be advantageous.

ISM has recently launched 5 new varsity sports and has a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Eden Prairie, which includes a remodeled gymnasium with new wood floors, new fitness center, grass soccer field, golf simulator, and more.

This is a paid position with a stipend up to $4,000.
