Diaz Case Law is a rapidly-growing law firm seeking a full-time attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in legal research, drafting, real estate, probate and family law. General Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Draft legal documents including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
- Negotiate on behalf of clients in various legal matters
- Manage and oversee legal administrative tasks.

- Representing clients in mediation, administrative hearings and court proceedings.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois
• Experience in real estate law and/or probate, estate planning
• Integrity, professionalism, and care
• General understanding of civil procedure.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in civil litigation, probate, and/or family law.

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
