**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT team, implementing new systems, and ensuring our network infrastructure is secure and efficient.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to improve overall efficiency.

- Oversee network security, ensuring data protection and privacy.

- Analyze the organization's IT infrastructure and make recommendations for improvement.

- Maintain and optimize databases to ensure data integrity.

- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including Cisco routers.

- Ensure the smooth operation of Windows-based systems.

- Responsible for managing all hardware and software resources.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in network security, network infrastructure, and database management.

- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
