This position covers the following general areas of responsibility:

Sales Support

· Prepare price quotes for our team of four inside sales reps.

· Enter inbound lead information into SalesForce CRM.

· Assign leads to the proper sales rep based upon a number of variables.

Marketing Support

· Generate curated email lists form our database pool of 2 million records; design and execute one-off as well as sequential email campaigns; continually run AB testing to enhance results over time.

· Monitor landing page performance using Google Analytics; design and AB test landing pages to improve results.

· Manage “Customer Delight” campaigns, connecting with our existing customer base to reward them for their business and keep them apprised of new products that may be of interest to them.

Operations Support

· Shipping and receiving borescopes for repairs and sales.

· Doing simple QC checks on borescopes after they arrive and before they ship out.

· Assist in the borescope repair process by handling telephone and email communication with the customer – verifying serial numbers, issuing RMAs, sending FedEx labels, tracking repair shipments as they arrive, inspecting the item to be repaired, taking photos of the damage, returning repaired units back to the customer.

· When necessary, answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner, asking questions of the caller to ascertain the reason for the call, taking detailed notes of the call, and passing that information along to the appropriate person the caller is trying to reach.

The successful applicant will be professional and able to work independently in an office environment. You should be very comfortable on the phone and have experience with MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word. Experience working in SalesForce is helpful but not required, as we are willing to train the right person. The ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work with a sense of urgency is essential.

This is a full-time position, 8 - 5, Mon-Fri.
