The ideal candidate has prior knowledge and experience in the aesthetics field and management experience. The Assistant Regional Manager will be responsible for all assigned clinics, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing teams of medical spa professionals.

• Promotes the brand philosophy, mission, and vision of Azul to employees, patients, market and other contacts as assigned.
• Expand and grow the customer base by creatively finding new ways to ensure a one-of-a-kind patient experience with knowledgeable, caring and passionate staff.
• Strong focus on operational and clinical excellence with high quality outcomes and standards
• Strong focus on all financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators as established by Azul.
• Plan, develop, implement, and direct the day-to-day functions of the practice and its programs for compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Manage partnerships with vendors for facilities, ordering, inventory, etc.
• Evaluating and optimizing operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implementing procedures and workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing team for the planning of large events and overall brand growth
• Interpret policies / procedures for employees and their location.
• Motivate and organize daily functions, schedule staff accordingly, promotes high quality services both operationally and financially to the organization.
• Manage staff performance including supervising, coaching / counseling clinical staff daily, interviewing and training new hires.
• Work with providers and staff to ensure schedules are maximized for efficiency and productivity daily.
• Ensuring that each location’s registration and all documentation is renewed and compliant with changing laws and regulations

• Minimum five years of managerial experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Financial analysis, Profit and Loss reporting, budget preparation experience
• Leadership mentality, with proven experience fostering a positive work environment
• Works independently with minimal supervision
• Practical knowledge and experience in working with practice management software systems with the ability to direct workflow operations
• Maintains effective relationships and open communications with patients, management, and staff
