About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within Corporate & Investment Banking. Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. In this role, you will: Our central-aligned CIB COO team plays a critical role in the implementation of Corporate and Investment Banking corporate strategy, coverage strategy, and the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. The Senior Business Execution Consultant position will support the central COO team in executing business priorities, partnering with the broader Wells Fargo organization, and running the day-to-day operations of the business. This particular role will execute on activities including but not limited to: Partner with Banking senior leaders to establish strategic priorities and company-level goals Play key role in development of banker headcount strategy, track and manage the execution thereof Research and analyze information and data across multiple tools and platforms that drive staffing analyses, including but not limited to: competitive benchmarking, banker scorecards, HR extracts, financial forecasts, salesforce.com Partner with Finance, Analytics, HR on model development and execution Juggle multiple leadership ad hoc requests in addition to the BAU aspects of the role Project management & data analysis integrating financials into streamlined executive presentations. Maintain data and financial model integrity within complex data environment. Partner with Leadership and COO to ensure clear, accurate, consistent communication and sustainable processes across Banking teams. Required Qualifications: 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3 years of financial or analytics experience; or a master's degree or higher in fields such as business, finance, or economics Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required (executive-level presentation, macros, add-ins, etc) Ability to manipulate data sets (BI Tools, Pivot Tables) Knowledge and understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking Desired Qualifications: Advanced financial modeling skills with model integrity mindset Data manipulation and analytics skills Corporate & Investment Banking experience Advanced powerpoint skills and experience with Macros, VBA, add-ins, SQL Problem-solver, solution-oriented and strong attention to detail Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and possess a strong sense of accountability / ownership Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Pay Range $84,000.00 - $179,200.00 Benefits Wells Fargo provides all eligible full- and part-time employees with a comprehensive set of benefits designed to protect their physical and financial health and to help them make the most of their financial future.
