Property Management Specialist
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of property management activities
- Handle phone calls and inquiries from tenants, contractors, and vendors with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in the preparation and execution of contracts and lease agreements
- Coordinate with facilities management team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to property management activities
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed
- Assist in negotiating lease terms and rental agreements with prospective tenants
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with contract preparation and execution processes
- Knowledge of HUD and RD
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Licenses is not a requirement however it would be extremely helpful
