Overview:
We are seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a desire to integrate and learn the exciting world of real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Making cookies.
- Preparing listing and buyer packets.
- Helping with mailers (stamping, folding etc.)
- Assist with some of our social media Tik Toks for the team.
- Outreach to our clients - handling incoming calls into the team
- Runner to get lockboxes.
- Drop off listing materials i.e., booties, brochures.
- Client calls reminding them about events.
- Helping with RSVPs and checking in people at events.
- Eventually help with open houses, showings etc.
- Social Media posts.
- Help with folding brochures.
- Must have your own form of transportation.
