Rivercrest Realty Associates, LLC is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician/Porter- GA Near Atlanta, GA

A national real estate company is currently hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician/Porter to join our team! This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team serving the vibrant Lenox Village community and other commercial properties in the metro Atlanta area.

Responsibilities:

Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling from residential and retail areas at Lenox Village promptly and efficiently.
Completing light apartment work orders such as replacing light bulbs and clearing drains.
Apartment turn work including but not limited to painting, caulking, appliance inspection, maintenance tasks and cleaning.
Utilizing the provided company vehicle to travel to other commercial properties within the metro Atlanta area for site inspections and light maintenance tasks on a weekly basis.
Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of common areas in residential and retail spaces.
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.
Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.
Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents, tenants, and colleagues.

Requirements:

Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred.
Ability to lift/transport up to 50lbs.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
