**Major Duties:**

Performs daily cleaning duties in accordance with standard procedures of Housekeeping while meeting Company objectives. Transports trash and recycling from utility rooms and other collection points.

**Qualifications:**

* Must have the ability to possess, at minimum, a Public Trust clearance.

* Pass a background and security investigation, including a criminal records check, in accordance with Federal law and standards established by the U.S. Department of State;

* As a minimum, two (2) years of recent (within the past six (6) consecutive years) experience in janitorial type operations in a building with at least 74,000 square feet of occupied space.

* Maintain inventory of supplies and spare parts

* Must be able to operate floor scrubbing machine

* Must obtain OSHA 10 Certification

**Physical Effort and Working Conditions:**

Have the ability to perform tasks from ladders, scaffolding, and platforms. Works with systems and equipment in hard to reach places requiring standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing and working in tight and uncomfortable positions.

The incumbent frequently lifts, carries, and sets up equipment that weighs up to 20 pounds. Occasionally, may lift and carry items that weigh over 50 pounds. The work is done inside and outside, and is usually dirty, dusty and greasy. There is frequent exposure to uncomfortable heat conditions and to the possibility of strains, cuts, scrapes, bruises burns and infections. There is also a risk of being exposed to CBRE conditions.

****ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:****

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
