Gsolutionz is Hiring a Telecommunications Sales Manager Near UNKNOWN, CA

Gsolutionz Inc (www.gsolutionz.com) is looking for a leader in the telecommunications industry with current telecommunication sales experience and excellent management skills based in California.

The Sales Manager will manage, train and assist the sales team in closing complex transactions by teaching best practices in prospecting, managing and closing opportunities, and the skills needed to position Gsolutionz as the industry leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure repeatable, predictable above-quota results based on successful pipeline management.
  • Take an entrepreneurial approach to the role, working collaboratively with the rest of the growth leadership team to get things done.
  • Empower your team with scalable systems and repeatable processes to increase sales skills, product and industry knowledge, and professional habits.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional telecommunications Sales Management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education, or equivalent experience in telecom industry preferred.
  • A personal history of repeatedly exceeding individual contributor quota to be able to train salespeople on how to be successful in the role.
  • Highly effective communicator with strong emotional intelligence and influencing skills, able to build trust and work well with a diverse group inside and outside the company.
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative relationships at all levels.
  • Eager for a very hands-on role, where you’ll be asked to take on and run with a range of projects outside your comfort zone and learn quickly.
