Job Summary

We are looking for an Implementation & Education Specialist who can empathize with our course owners and understand the importance of what we provide each facility. We try hard to get our employees out to our courses and see how the product is being used. There is no better experience than seeing your work in action. That desire to help drives our attention to quality in software development.

Job duties are as follows:

• Onboard new clients
• Ownership of the full implementation project
• Provide online training to new clients
• Import data from the client's old system to the new system
• Build and create relationships with the golf courses and ensure they stay happy
• Willing to travel a few weeks during the year for onsite course visits and training
• Create and provide internal and external educational material
• Collaborate with other teams within the company and the Client Success Department to create amazing experiences for our clients
• Provide additional assistance based on company needs

Requirements:

• 3 years experience working in customer success for a software-based company
• Ability to use Excel and Google Docs
• General knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products
• The ability to manage multiple implementation projects at the same time
• Task-driven and detailed oriented
• Experience troubleshooting a software-related issue
• Bonus if you have experience onboarding new clients to a new software or have worked in the golf industry
