Open House Texas Realty and Investments LLC is a full-service real estate investment company that provides single-family rentals to international investors. We are currently seeking a qualified, knowledgeable Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst to assist in our continued growth. Open House Texas purchases approximately 40-50 properties per month in the Dallas-Ft.Worth and surrounding areas.

- Active Texas State Real Estate License is required
- Real estate and rehab estimating experience required
- Excel knowledge is required
- Valid driver’s license is required
- High School Diploma or GED
- MLS experience preferred
- Ability to read HUD-1 documents and purchase contracts is a plus

Salary: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00/year (Including Quarterly Bonus)
