Cupcakin Bake Shop is Hiring a Prep Baker Near Berkeley, CA
Seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our prep team. At Cupcakin Bake Shop , you will have the opportunity to prepare batters, caramel, curds, frostings, and cookie doughs from scratch, alongside a team-oriented and collaborative team.
We are looking for a leader who can effectively and efficiently work in a large-scale bakery.
The ideal candidate is experienced, highly organized, diligent, team-oriented, pays attention to details, is proactive, able to lift 50 lbs, keeps a clean work environment, works well with others, and takes initiative.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of previous culinary experience or prep/baking experience is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working with large-scale equipment.
- Ability to work in cross-functional roles as needed.
- You should have reliable transportation.
- Weekend Availability Preferred.
Certifications:
ServSafe Manager Food Handler Certification.
