Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, including order processing and issue resolution.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence and be the liaison with manufacturing.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Excel and other Microsoft products
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of outside sales, account management, business development, and negotiation techniques is a plus.
