• Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator

1. Assisting the Marketing Director, as directed, with tasks related to creating and maintaining a patient centered focus by engaging in a positive working relationship with all community members, not limited to physicians, educators, and emergency responders.

2. Maintaining inventory of all patient and marketing gifts; ordering gifts and replenishment as needed.

3. Ordering marketing items and gifts, as instructed, through various vendor channels.

4. Coordinating local events with the Marketing Director to include the transporting of Marketing items and setup/tear‐down duties at various venues throughout the local community.

5. Assisting with volunteer sign‐up and scheduling volunteers for each event.

6. Utilizing all resources in the most efficient way, including but not limited to time/scheduling, supply/gift ordering, and staff involvement.

7. Providing support to the overall Marketing Department, including the VP of Business Development and Marketing Director.

8. Maintaining regular, clear, and proactive communication with the Marketing Director.

9. Taking lead at events or filling in for the Marketing Director, as needed.

10. Working inside the ER, occasionally.

11. Maintaining dates and new events.

Other Responsibilities

• Market the facility in our network of practices
• Understand Free standing ER model and concepts
• Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with marketing team to our network of practices and local community
• Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials
• Prepare status reports on marketing efforts.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Support the marketing team in implementing tactical events and programs, and provide project and administrative support.
• Supports the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials.
• Assists in production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials
• Manage and execute marketing events such as conferences.
• Interact with internal marketing team
• Communicate upcoming events with social media team
• Act as internal liaison and develop report structure to assist in prioritizing departmental projects.
• Coordinate web content updates, corporate mailings and direct mail. Assist with tracking website stats.
• Assist with the execution of marketing programs & promotions.
• Answer public relations, marketing and training emails.
• Distribution leads, and track follow-up process
• Manage direct marketing campaigns from planning to delivery and measurement of effectiveness, including newsletter creation and distribution, email campaigns, online and print advertising.
• Manage prospect and customer database management and input for direct marketing campaigns.

Requirements and Qualifications for the Marketing Coordinator

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.

Integrity and responsibility

Current driver’s license with no restrictions.

Flexibility to meet scheduling demands of the department Strong interpersonal skills, impeccable organizational skills, and time management skills.

Adaptability to ongoing changes.

Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language.

High School Diploma or GED.

Previous Direct Marketing Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.46 - $20.49 per hour
