Nifty Neighbor, LLC is a unique convenience store looking for a self-starting individual that enjoys working in a diverse, fun, and growing environment. Individuals should possess excellent communication skills, be solution-driven, and able to work independently. The candidate should have experience in customer service. Experience in product promotion and description is preferred.

In addition, a Nifty Sales Associate should be able to perform various duties and responsibilities outlined by Management. They should ensure that customers have a satisfactory and individualized shopping experience. Associates should be able to process orders efficiently and professionally. The following are the additional responsibilities for the successful candidate:

· Welcome customers and assist them with merchandise selection

· Greet, interact, and monitor customers to prevent in loss prevention

· Display and organize products in store in a manner that customers can locate easily

· Process and organize incoming product orders in accordance with inventory protocol

· Communicate information about product availability, quality, possible pairing

· Maintain day to day outlook of store by dusting, removal of trash, coffee grind cleanup,

floor mopping, etc. to keep the store appealing to customers

· Assist in record keeping, inventory, or filing as directed

· Assist in preparation of displays in store or at external opportunities

· Able to work flexible hours

· Operating, managing, and balancing a cash register

· Able to cash out register and prepare shift cash report

· Able to maintain floor inventory, by stocking shelves and coolers

· Be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds

· Be able to walk and stand for long periods of time

Beginning hourly rate will be commensurate with experience.
