Hours : Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm | Availability on Saturday's as needed 9:00am - 1:00pm

What will you do:

The Consumer Loan Manager is responsible for driving lending operations across multiple channels. This position oversees indirect and direct lending functions, including underwriting, processing, and funding, coaching, and developing your team, as well as facilitating training for new team members. The duties also include ensuring compliance of all organizational policies and regulatory requirements related to lending to minimize risk to the Credit Union.

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5 years of lending and underwriting experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in banking, lending, or financial services, which must include a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience building a profitable loan portfolio.
• Proven sales leadership skills: ability to evaluate individual strengths and weaknesses and utilize coaching and counseling skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
