Compensation: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Location: Tucson, AZ

Job Summary:
The HR Administrative Specialist will be expected to assist with basic Human Resources needs such as maintaining employee records via the company HRIS, payroll preparation when needed, conduct new employee orientations and work with department managers to recruit qualified staff. The ideal candidate will assist and support the Human Resources Manager in designing, planning, and executing employee engagement programs, activities, and initiatives that alight with the company’s goals and culture. This position will also be responsible for offering administrative support across the organization. The position will be the first point of contact for the company on-site and will distribute correspondence and phone calls appropriately as well as manage the front office space at the Old Tucson Administration Building by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
