Job Overview:

We are seeking a contract Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for instructing our approved NMLS 20 Hr Pre-licensing Course.
This is a once month event held on the weekends. (Fri-Sat-Sun)

Responsibilities:

Follow our approved syllabus of instruction, take and answer questions from students in regard to the course materials. Maintain class decorum, administer and record testing results.

Qualifications:

This is a great opportunity for a retiring mortgage professional looking to keep their feet
in the industry without the stress. Previous mortgage training experience a plus.

15 years minimum mortgage experience and knowledge covering residential lending,
Retired branch managers and underwriters are urged to apply. Help us keep our industry growing with new candidates to pass their NMLS national exam.

Pay: $225.00 per day
