Salary is based on support coordination experience with OAAS services.

Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field- Required

• Must have bachelor’s degree in a social service field (social work, psychology, education, counseling, family and consumer sciences, or rehabilitation) from an accredited institution. (Required)
• Must be passionate about Empowering your community.
• Excellent effective oral, written communication, and time management skills.
• Must be proficient in operating a computer and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other social media applications.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Conduct initial interview with recipient and family within the required timeframe
• Driver's License (Required)
• Supervising Experience: 3 year (Preferred)
• Coordinate services via in person (temporarily providing virtual services due to COVID-19), telephone, e-mail and handwritten reports and letters with the families and individuals
• Strong ability to advocate for the participants
• Must demonstrate a strong ability to think creatively and critically independently
• Develop a positive working rapport with service providers
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual contact with families
• Maintain ongoing case notes regarding all contact with each family and/or provider
