CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Sales experience, ideally in roofing, home security, window sales, or similar fields
• Self-motivated and trainable
• Positive attitude with a drive to succeed
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance
• Comfortable carrying and climbing ladders, with no fear of heights

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Maintain a positive attitude and readiness to assist others
• Attend provided lead appointments and engage in cold calling
• Conduct roof and exterior inspections, documenting damage with photos, measurements, and notes
• Provide professional estimates for roofing and construction projects
• Act as a consultant for homeowners navigating insurance claims in storm-damaged areas
• Generate business through door knocking, lead follow-ups, and referrals
• Secure signed agreements and payment to initiate projects
• Coordinate with the production team to commence roofing projects
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions
