Summary:

The Mid-level Real Estate Transactional Attorney will be responsible for commercial real estate and corporate transactions. As the Mid-level Real Estate Transactional Attorney will be well-versed with acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and aspects of entity formation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle acquisitions and dispositions for sophisticated commercial real estate and corporate transactions
• Ensuring financing and entity formation requirements are met, including governing documents, corporate documentation and agreements
• Provide business counseling and general commercial agreements

Requirements:

• Possesses a Juris Doctorate degree
• Active license/bar association in New York
• 5 years of transactional/real estate experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proven analytical and legal skills
