Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. The Project Manager will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline, including managing cross functional projects, planning and monitoring the progress of projects throughout their life cycles, determine project scope, create work schedules and estimate the resources and costs to deliver the project.
Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements.
  • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed - escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
  • Create dashboards summarizing project status for executives.
Education And Experience:
  • 5 years of project management or related experience.
  • A degree in project management or a related field is required.
  • Professional certification in project management is a plus.
  • Must have excellent organizational, time-management, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Proven success working with all levels of management.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
