You will work with the recruitment team to source and attract highly skilled talent into the organisation across the USA.

The Recruitment function is a key strategic business unit at Atlantach Technical Services, where you will play an integral role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract and engage with active and passive candidates across all recruitment platforms and tools available.
  • Network and build relationships with Technical, Construction and Engineering professionals to identify talent for our multi disciplined projects.
  • Utilising Sourcing Tools as per the company’s defined Work Flows and processes.
  • Sourcing potential employees to create a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for pipeline requirements.
  • Screening candidates and conduct telephone or Microsoft Teams meetings to assess applicant’s suitability for roles through the utilisation of our screening templates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment and on-boarding process.
  • Use market analysis to understand hiring trends and emerging recruiting practices in order to build on our recruitment sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure all applications in the Atlantach recruitment process enjoy a positive experience and ensuring timely feedback and communication is important for us.
  • Liaising and Advising Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices
  • Providing Market information and insights on a regular basis
  • Managing relationships with the promotion of customer focus and quality delivery
  • Be brave and bring forward new ideas which will benefit the business and our candidate experience.
  • Tracking information, showing a discipline for this on a daily basis.
  • Think outside the box, be inquisitive and creative.

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience working in Recruitment.
  • Experience working in an Agency or Start-up Environment
  • Experience of recruiting technical engineering and construction staff a distinct advantage.
  • Results driven and highly motivated
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Strive to reach target KPI’s
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive approach to employee and candidate engagement
  • Efficiency in terms of reactive times to candidates, clients, colleagues etc
  • Excellent candidate management skills with the ability to engage at all stages of the process.
  • Disciplined in terms of tracking information in real time
  • Ability to manage the full life cycle of a vacancy
  • Ability to work in a proactive mode
  • Ability to report out on your performance, Vacancy update in real time.
  • Ability to work as part of team and follow processes and workflows.

  • Promote a positive selection process to support diversity and equal opportunity.
  • Liaising and Advising Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices
  • Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.
  • Bringing new ideas to build on sourcing strategies
