Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of our landscaping and groundskeeping operations. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and care of the landscape, including lawn care, tree care, irrigation, and garden maintenance. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of groundskeepers and landscapers
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing
- Oversee the installation of new landscapes and garden areas
- Ensure proper irrigation systems are in place and functioning effectively
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas in need of attention
- Coordinate tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and removal as necessary
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Provide training and guidance to team members on proper techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of lawn care, tree care, and garden maintenance practices
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
