Position Overview

As the bilingual (English/Mandarin) Assistant Forklift Service Manager, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our forklift service department. We are seeking a leader with a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to our dealerships. You will work closely with the Forklift Service Manager to ensure standards in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Forklift Service Manager to lead and support a team of technicians and after-sales service specialists.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure efficient after-sales service and conduct training sessions for dealership staff.
• Assist in developing and implementing service policies and procedures for high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance work on forklifts, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate on inventory management for smooth operations.
• Work with the sales team to align after-sales service with customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in after-sales service and maintenance, preferably in forklift.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of forklifts and related equipment.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
