The goal of a Field Sales Specialist at Owners Incorporated is to support the vision of Owners Inc. by ensuring we are constantly seeking new client relationships and running processes to ensure exceptional service from follow up to close.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Creating a list of potential clients from the Targets
• Responding to warm leads and information requests as defined under your area of ownership be it geographic or by brand
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying and understanding the potential client
• Ensuring each potential client receives weekly communication during the sales process
• Addressing client issues when they arise and promote a healthy client-contractor relationship
• Communicating clearly and regularly with the sales lead specialist regarding any changes in the potential client relationship
• Meeting all key performance indicators as defined by the company
• Managing a efficient calendar by geographic demands
• Working with the sales manager to prepare presentation materials and gifts for meetings under your ownership
• Submitting clients sold, sales lost and revenue generated to the sales lead specialist
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and staff
• Energy and enthusiasm for client relationships and closing
• Participates in Weekly Monday Stand up with the Sales Department
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
