Wollaston Golf Club in Milton, MA is looking to immediately fill a PM grill cook position. We offer a safe, clean and welcoming environment for cooks to learn and grow and also have a voice of their own.

The grill cook is responsible for the preparation, production, sanitation and execution of the grill station. Grill station includes flat grill, char-broil grill, pizza oven and plenty of refrigeration.

Grill cook candidates should be knowledgeable and proficient in the following areas:

• execution of all grilled items including burgers, steaks, chops, seafood, chicken and vegetables
• ability to consistently cook proteins to their specified doneness
• wide range of cooking techniques
• knife skills
• fabrication of proteins, vegetables and other products as a part of your daily prep
• sauce and soup making
• understanding of all state and local food safety regulations, as well as knowledge of proper food handling and storage
• ability to create daily specials
• pizza experience is helpful but not necessary

All candidates must have at least 2 years of working a high volume, fast-paced grill station. Applicants must possess a team-first attitude with great people skills and a desire to ensure our Members the best possible experience. Reliable transportation is preferred as our driveway is just under a mile long.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
