Human Resources Assistant
We are searching for a motivated individual to work with our team to tackle our Human resource needs.
- Provides administrative support to management.
- Maintains complete, accurate, up-to date and organized employee files.
- Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding and training.
- Gathers and analyzes data on new hire onboarding experiences to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborates in the development of communications and publication goals to best educate staff.
- Attends and chairs meetings as required.
- Follows up with employees and leaders to identify concerns and implement/recommend solutions.
- Participates in educational activities and programs.
- Assists as necessary with off boarding of staff.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
We are a small business and everyone wears multiple hats, all team members are trained to be able to step in as a personal care aide and this position will include at least part time in homes as a Personal Care aide, though the focus will be on general HR needs.
