Job Description:

As an Automotive Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting customers to and from our dealership, ensuring their safety and comfort during the journey. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and delivering excellent customer service. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and courteously transport customers to and from the dealership.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading luggage or purchases.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of shuttle runs and mileage.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate effectively with the dealership staff to coordinate shuttle services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Previous experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar role is a plus.
