Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in Spanish to assist our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote products or services

- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner

Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Proficient in data entry tasks
- Sales experience is beneficial
