Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Sales Support: Assist clients in selecting insurance plans, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries.

Policy Management: Manage and maintain client policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Arizona Property & Casualty License preferred.Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field advantageous.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer-Centric: Strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.Local Presence: Must be willing to work on-site in Tucson, Arizona.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain positive working relationships.Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance-related software and tools.
