We are looking for a friendly and reliable person with a strong attention to detail, excellent communications skills, retail experience and some knowledge in artisanal and nutritionally dense foods and products, to cashier in our Brick and Mortar store.
Primary responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection and purchases, entering glass credits and filing paperwork, end of day transaction reconciliation, maintaining store appearance, receiving and stocking products.
Key Responsibilities
Handling cash and credit card POS (point of sale) transactions
Interfacing with online ordering and customer accounts system
Entering glass credits in online system and/or applying credits to live transactions
Being able to communicate effectively with customers about Three Stone Hearth's philosophy of traditional foods
Familiarity with housemade and retail products from outside vendors
Assisting customers with product questions and purchases
Stocking and displaying housemade and retail products on shelves
Interfacing with Inventory Tracking Spreadsheet for accurate product restocking
Keeping the store tidy and attractive
Assisting with receiving products from outside vendors
Reconciling daily transactions
Store closing duties

Schedule
Current shift(s) to fill: Wednesdays approximately 1:30 - 7:30 pm (includes initial store stocking),Thursdays 12:00pm - 6:00pm and Saturdays 9:30am - 6:00pm (includes assistance with inventory process)
