Carpenters needed for exterior carpentry work. Lots of rot repair and converting fascia, trim, rakes, etc. from wood to PVC. Custom door surrounds. Decks. Installing new construction windows and doors. Replacement windows and doors.

Full-time position with competitive compensation BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND  PROVEN SKILL LEVEL.

Please note this position would require a daily commute to our Glastonbury, CT office. Most jobs are near Glastonbury, but we often work anywhere between Suffield, CT and Old Saybrook, CT.

Requirements:

• Must have own hand tools.
• Minimum of 4 years of related carpentry experience
• Must be insurable and possess a valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills
• Project planning experience a plus
• Must be organized
• Customer service skills
• Ability to handle changing priorities
• Able to work 10 hour days
• Ability to lift at least 60 lbs

Responsibilities:

• Completes all authorized work in a timely manner per the contract while protecting the customer's property from damage
• Provides daily detailed reporting on progress of jobs
• Provides exceptional customer service
