Job Description:
As a full-time Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to meet and develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners within Connecticut. This is a base pay plus commission position, where your earnings will be based on your experience and success rate. You won't be responsible for generating your own leads; instead, you'll focus on delivering information about our products and services to homeowners who genuinely need them. This position will have appointments booked with homeowners from noon-6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand our primary product lines.
• Stay true to your training and deliver interactive sales information to homeowners.
• Participate in ongoing sales meetings and training sessions weekly.
• Meet with homeowners at their homes to discuss our products and services.
• Check in with the office and Sales Manager.
• Write estimates and close sales.

Qualifications:

• Strong follow-up skills and organizational abilities with a desire to be successful.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required.
• No prior experience in home improvements needed; we will provide comprehensive training.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ideal candidate lives in and is familiar with Connecticut.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Commission structure; average first-year compensation: $65,000 - $90,000.
