This position includes managing a growing book of business, performing account reviews, remarketing existing accounts, building relationships with clients, and assisting with new business policies as needed. This position is hybrid and allows all 2-20 or 20-44 licensed individuals the opportunity to work remotely two days a week after a six-month probationary period. Job Requirements

• 2-20, 20-44 or 4-40 FL Insurance License (4-40 license holders will be required to work in the office 5 days a week)
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop sound relationships with clients, underwriters, and others.
• Minimum three-year experience in all lines of personal insurance.
• Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the retention of existing accounts and production of new accounts as needed.
• Conduct account reviews with clients with the goal of re-underwriting, account rounding, and retention.
• Analyze risk data to provide proper coverage and/or endorsement recommendations to clients.
• Prepare quotes using a comparative rater or carrier websites.
• Explain coverages, rates, programs, forms, and decisions (including underwriting, claims and billing) to clients in a timely manner.
• Submit applications, change requests, claims and/or cancellation requests to carriers via method determined by carrier.
• Document material conversations with clients and/or carriers regarding exposures and coverages.
