TS Trim manufactures the door liners & switch panels for the Honda Accord, Acura, Civic & CR-V.

There is an immediate opening for the position of New Model Assistant Chief Administrator. Pay range $55,000-$60,000/year.

Administrative Position Responsibilities:

• Contact window for Customers & Suppliers

• Create/ Maintain trial breakdown from Customer matrix for TSTI procurement planning

• Coordinate trial builds

• Create and maintain Internal Engineering Parts Component List (parts list) in QAD & GBOM

• Prepare & Maintenance of Master Schedules (SAP)

• Create/ maintain Variation charts for NM, MP and SPPC

• Disposition of old parts@ NM warehouse

• Create/Maintain master application summary

• Coordinate MP transfer meetings for New Model

• Participate in Internal Shipping Evaluations meetings

• Participate weekly Project team meeting

• Participate in SQCD activities for Dept.

• Creation of ATN (Advance trial notification) to Honda for trial PO's.

• Confirm inventory as needed

• Confirm projects assigned for Business Plan

Quality Position Responsibilities

• Color development @ New Model timing (internal / Supplier)

• IMDS submission to TSAM for New Model

• Review and confirmation of Quality information data control Supplier and New Model

• Create and revise Supplier Inspection standards

• Review and evaluate Supplier PQCT/FMEA

• Participate in New Model events (Supplier and Internal)

• Work closely with New Model Suppliers for best quality@ MP timing

• Participate in Customer/Supplier NMR 2 -5 activities

• Check and measure product specific items outlined in inspection standards

• Review / support inspection plan for finished products/receiving critical parts

• Measure products during their failure analysis for New Model and MP

• Set an inspection plan for finished products and receiving critical parts

• Prepare and support Internal Problem Tracking Charts (back up)

• Enter HSP issues into portal (Honda supply parts) - INI Reports

• Support Supplier and Internal New Model Quality Issues & report results

• Support problem analysis & resolution (5Ps, TTRs, RCAs, etc.)

• Understand key quality checks to ensure we are sending quality parts that meet our customer's expectations (PQCT)

• Maintain sufficient knowledge of all ISO/TS procedures

• Read & understand drawings

• Perform testing, measuring, data collection & graphing @ New Model timing

• Support CPK data analysis

• Review & record findings of rejected parts to negotiate responsibility with suppliers @ New Model timing

• Utilize advanced measurement instruments including Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) (FARO Arm)

• Glue Testing: (Vacuum) Peel tests, (Kime Komi) Pull tests & plaque weights@ New Model timing

• Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the associate handbook

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Back up for Purchase Requisitions

• Back up for Pro card verifications

• Lead or support as needed

• Complete monthly inventory

• Participate in recycling standards within Plant and Warehouse

• Support RCA system

• Lead and participate in kaizen improvement activities as assigned
