The UPS Store #3206 is Hiring a Customer Service Associate Near Alexandria, MN
The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor.
Must enjoy a faced-paced and busy work environment. Candidate would be required to lift heavy packages on occasion and spending most of the shift on your feet and moving around.
No late nights, no Sundays. Our store hours are from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday (must be able to work opening and closing shifts during the week) and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays. Rotating Saturdays are a must, we can be flexible.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers outstanding customer service to customers
- Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Notary: The individual hired will need to become a notary if not already one.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
