Ecommerce Director

The company is seeking an experienced e-commerce director to effectively lead the e-commerce department while collaborating with other department heads to ensure the accomplishment of company goals; and ensure excellence at each point of guest contact.

Essential Duties:

● Communicate and collaborate with sales and the Chief Marketing Officer in the planning and execution of E-Commerce strategies and tasks.

● Oversee and support the e-commerce team in the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales and profitability from the catalog of products.

● Oversee Shopify website with strong attention to continuous improvements and impact.

● Collaborate with sales, merchandising and other departments and ensure that they are fully informed about e-commerce marketing and communications programs, online products and other important information.

● Manage the relationship and collaborate with the outsourced e-commerce consulting firm to ensure maximum ROI.

● Serve as a main contact for vendors and implement requested changes in a timely manner.

● Manage and assess all online marketing campaigns and in collaboration with and with input from the Chief Marketing Officer, assess performance and make recommendations on ways to increase sales through campaign optimization and new promotional ideas.
