JOB TITLE:Project Manager
REPORTS TO:Director of Virtual Experience
MANAGES:None
EXEMPTION STATUS:Non-Exempt
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Partners with business stakeholders to support the company’s key strategic goals of delivering growth, increasing productivity and project delivery enterprise wide.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Responsible for managing all aspects of TFCU’s overall project portfolio, from planning and organization to execution. Use project management skills to define project scope, timeline, success criteria, and deliverables.
2.Lead and facilitate all project related meetings to include agenda.
3.Work with TFCU department leaders to appropriately allocate staff resources during various phases of projects.
4.Abide by state and federal banking regulations. Attend training sessions and complete compliance training on an annual basis. Maintain member and TFCU privacy and confidentiality.
1.Participate in vendor evaluations and define requirements as needed by the Project Sponsor.
2.Gain and retain a high-level knowledge of all TFCU products, policies and procedures.
3.Maintain a professional businesslike appearance in accordance with TFCU’s dress code policy.
4.Engage in behavior that aligns with the credit union’s cultural beliefs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Education:
Project Management Certification
OR
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred,
Experience:
1.At least 2 years of project related resource management experience.
2.Experience managing employees and driving results from key stakeholder preferred.
Availability: Monday through Friday with the ability to work holidays and/or off-hours, on-call when required. Regularly works offsite and will need to maintain contact via phone, email or other electronic channels.

3.Speech/Hearing: This position frequently communicates via phone and in person. Must be able to talk to/hear.
4.Lifting: The ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs. is required for this position.
