The Club at Holliday Farms is Hiring a Food and Beverage Operations Manager Near Zionsville, IN

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our dining establishment's daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of food and beverage service, including ordering, inventory, and quality control
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, bartending, and hospitality management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Coordinate kitchen operations and oversee shift management

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a food service management role
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
