Overview:- THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY POSITION

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Roof Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the roofing sales industry and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze market trends and identify potential customers

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

- Actively participate in business development activities to generate new leads and opportunities

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or related field

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present products and services to clients

- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth

- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for achieving targets

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $85,938.00 - $95,498.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Travel requirement:

• Up to 50% travel
