We have proudly served Jacksonville’s seniors for over 50 years. Currently, we are looking for full time Central Supply Clerk/ Resident Appointment Scheduler to join our great team at Taylor Care Center Skilled Nursing Facility.

The primary objective of the Central Supply Clerk is to maintain health informatics of individuals served. The Central Supply Clerk will ensure compliance with all HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Essential Duties:

• Ensure supplies and equipment are properly maintained
• Order, stock, organize and issue essential supplies and equipment needed in accordance with established policies and procedure.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are charged to the appropriate department.
• Schedules Residents for outside appointments and transportation

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School diploma/GED
• Must be able to understand and follow written, oral instructions speak and read English to communicate effectively with others.
