We have proudly served Jacksonville’s seniors for over 50 years. Currently, we are looking for a dedicated Full Time LPN Supervisor to join our great team at Taylor Manor .

Taylor Manor a Assisted Living Facility Located in Jacksonville Florida, is seeking a skilled and dedicated candidate with a a proven track record as a LPN supervisor evidenced by favorable survey outcomes, positive clinical outcomes including low recidivism rate, superior employee morale and sound fiscal management. Willingness to work closely with the Administrator, the ability to demonstrate written and verbal communication skills. This position may require occasional evenings ,weekends and holidays.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate clinical team schedules
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by clinical team

• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and address any concerns
• Coordinate discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions of care
